Chris translates thirty years of end to end strategy, operations, human capital and IT experience to ensure her clients maximize their objectives holistically. Chris’ career spans from retail management and buying at Federated Department Stores, through fast-fashion in downtown LA, to leading the America’s supply chain and creating global operations strategy for Quiksilver. Along the way she led global process mapping and improvements, implemented six global software solutions (SAP, Product Lifecycle Management, Business to Business, Sales Force Automation, Integrated Business Planning and Business Intelligence), oversaw Quiksilver’s CSR initiative, as well as helped create an integrated global sourcing initiative and related structures. Today Chris serves as the founder and CEO of Tributary West, Inc. a consultancy focused on holistic, flexible and right-sized solutions for long term sustainable growth.
